This is a standard Toyoko Inn but it only has twin or double rooms. There are no family rooms. It's very small but comfortable and exceedingly clean as always. We were happy with the twin room as we could push the two beds together and one against the wall so that my whole family (my wife & I plus two kids 2 & 4 years old) could sleep very comfortably on the large bed. Each single bed is slightly wider than a standard super single bed so the combined bed was at least 3-4 inches wider than a standard king sized bed. We managed our luggage by shoving the open suitcases under the bed and folded our 2 cabin travel strollers away. There was still decent space and our kids were happy rolling around on the bed. Breakfast was the typical Toyoko Inn affair. We didn't really eat the breakfast as we were out very early to catch our trains to wherever. Staff were very helpful and polite, helping us forward our luggage to the next destination without much fuss.

The staff were incredibly friendly even before we reached Japan, helping me with a few questions I had about our booking/services. They were helpful despite us not sharing a language, and were kind with our attempts at Japanese. The room was wonderful for the short stay we had, and the facilities (the coin laundry & microwave in the lobby) were perfect. BUT the real star was the morning breakfast! Each and every morning we ate at the breakfast buffet was a treat, and introduced us quickly and impeccably to the Japanese breakfast. The miso soup and grilled fish were always amazing, and each new protein every day was so flavoursome. It was the best way to start each day, and I am happy we were able to experience it. It was also close to a few subway stations, and there was a nearby train station for those that use JR Passes (which we didn't, but it was nice to have as an option if we chose to go down that path).

Great value for the money! I was surprised there weren't more foreign tourists staying at this hotel considering the great location very near to Tokyo Station, and very centrally located to lots of sights in Tokyo. The facilities and rooms are great for the price, and you get a free breakfast as well. It was a great, central location for our explorations. Note that there are TWO Tokyo Inn Nihombashi locations about a 15 minute walk apart, and they both come up on Google Maps, so it's easy to navigate to the wrong location. Be sure to double check the address when searching for the hotel, as at one point we navigated to the wrong location.

The elevators were exceptionally good. The breakfast area is clean, service was good and the food was very good. The amenities of powdered tea bags and skin care packets was very good. Room is spacious with room under the bed to store luggage. Also, bathrobes and slippers are helpful.
